During our initial call, I will start by asking for certain information that will help me screen your case. This will include your full name, any other litigants' full names, the number for your court case, the location of your court proceedings, and any upcoming court dates.
In many instances, I will not be able to offer my help. There are a variety of reasons I may need to turn down a case. Because some of these reasons include confidential conflicts of interest, as a general policy, I do not offer explanations when I decline representation. Please be assured that I consider each case carefully and only offer my services when it is ethical to do so and I believe I can be helpful to the situation.
